We got the win we wanted but it was very nervous at times. Theres no doubt Crystal Palace were the better team in the first half. It took us around 20 minutes to make any sort of impression in the game. Fernandes started to get more involved and it made us look a much better team. There werent many real chances until right at the end of the half. Palace could possibly feel a little unfortunate not to get a penalty and within a couple of minutes we took the lead. Some lovely interplay between Fernandes and Rashford ended with him leaving 3 players on the ground and stroking the ball home. Going in at half time 0-1 was certainly a great outcome from a half we didnt play very well in. The second half started in much the same fashion and Palace had a goal disallowed for a marginal offside. The game changed when Matic was brought on for McTominay. We definitely looked a much better team from that moment. It seemed to allow more freedom to Pogba to help Fernandes and we looked more secure at the back. We began to look very dangerous on the break and it was from one of those breaks we scored our second goal. Lovely play again from Fernandes and Rashford made the opening for Martial to score. For a short while it seemed to me Palace had gone and the game was over. But they managed to recover and made one or two decent chances. But we also made a few more chances one of which l think Fernandes should have scored instead of hitting the post. It wasnt our greatest performance and l think we are maybe suffering a bit of nerves but at least we are not being beaten and are still scoring goals. We probably just deserved the win and still have a great chance of finishing in the top 4 and qualifying for the Cgampions League. I thought De Gea had his best match for a while he didnt make any terribly difficult saves but he was very safe. Defensively we werent at our best and most certainly need to do better. Rashford and Martial are becoming better goalscorers every match. But again the spark was Fernandes and he is once again my MOTM. Next match is Sunday against Chelsea in the FA Cup semi final. Come on United! 🇾🇪

The result we wanted and qualification for the CL. Not a great game in any way neither team played very well. It was a very nervous affair altogether with no real pattern to it. Each team had periods

Another win another 3 points and the unbeaten run continues. The great thing about the match was that we won without playing that well for much of it, just as good teams do we found a way. Villa could
